For over 20 years I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, and adults to find solutions, feel more successful and satisfied, improve relationships, and to change unhelpful patterns. My approach is individualized and integrative, drawing from extensive training and experience in a variety of approaches including; mindfulness-based practices, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, solution focused and family systems.
Current research in neuroscience has begun to shed some light on how our brains respond to stress and to relaxation practices.By becoming more mindful, we can develop new options to deal with day to day stress, leading to an increased sense of well-being and satisfaction with our lives.
